Because of the huge number of variables involved a custom quote is always required. However, here are a couple of examples and some of our basic pricing. Call charges are extra, however being VoIP, they will be very cheap.

Example 1

3 Basic Phones hosted offsite

• 3 Basic phones capable of making outbound calls
• Each phone with an individual incoming phone number
• The ability to ring and transfer calls between each phone
• 1 Answer phone shared by all 3 phones
• Call forwarding to a mobile in case of an internet connection failure

Example 2

24 Phones + 1 fax hosted onsite

• 17 Basic Phones
• 4 Enhanced phones
• 2 Wireless DECT phones
• 1 Main "0845" incoming number (and outgoing)
• 20 Direct dial numbers
• 1 incoming fax to email number
• All phones to have individual answer phones
• Conference call facilities, virtual receptionists
• Local dedicated phone server
• Local routing
• Network failover Router (automatically switches to backup connection)
• Mains failover UPS (battery backup in case of mains failure)
• Call forwarding to a mobile in case of an internet connection failure

Example 3

1 Softphone hosted offsite

• Using the client laptop
• Ideal for replacing a Telephone Balancing Unit in a venue with no extra phone lines
• Using the venues internet connection
• Outgoing calls only
• Conference calls available (extra charge)

£30 per day + internet connection

For internet connections we would require 100Kb/s for each simultaneous call made, we can supply the temporary internet connection for you if required.
